As opportunities, new AI tools contribute to saving time and effort for professionals, thus increasing production in companies. For Chelsea, this can also result in serious economic problems and contribute to chaos in the labor market.
The speaker also emphasizes that, in general, AI does not exist to steal our jobs. As an example, she mentioned the fact that a person can walk 5km and, regardless of how good they are at it, will never be as fast as a car at 50km/h. Therefore, she emphasizes that Artificial Intelligence acts like the example of the car, which did not steal our legs.
Thus, he concluded that it is necessary to adapt to this new reality, considering that AI brings opportunities for professionals to dedicate themselves to what really matters, since there are many much bigger issues.

Fernando Machado, CMO of NotCo, highlighted at Web Summit Rio that we use AI as a tool that contributes to achieving something. However, the person needs to be there.
